Bayview Bar Turtle Bay Resort

Welcoming cocktail party Bayview Bar Turtle Bay Resort. Light pupus and no host bar. Race registration forms available. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the beach and meet some of the other competitors. Course map on display for general questions. Television camera crews will carry out some interviews.
Friday July 18
  8:30 am Live on air call in interview for Island Rhythm Radio. Ongoing race registration at yet to be determined room at Turtle Bay.
Saturday July 19
Turtle Bay Bayview Beach:
8 to 11:30 Race registration Bayview Beach
Race start
11:15 Pre race meeting
11:30 Pule and Hawaiian Blessing.
12:00 Race start Offshore Turtle Bay Resort (1 escort anchored, 1 Buoy –start is flag and horn ) Paddlers hold hands sitting up between buoy and escort.
Race Finish 1:00 to 2:00 Waimea Bay
1:00 First finishers. Finish line is up high on beach.
Parking is tight in the Bay try on the road, at Waimea Fall Park or at Foodland.
1:30 to :200 Registration for Keiki race.
2:00- 2:30 Keiki Race In the Bay at Waimea.
Free race for kids under 15. Will host a parent kid tandem event as well.
3:30 Awards for Keiki event only. Waimea Bay Beach Park
Saturday July 19

Waimea Falls Park 6:00 to 11:00 pm

6:00 pm Doors open No host Bar
7:00 to 8:00 Light Hawaiian Music
7:00 to 8:00 Race Video Highlights. Video order forms available at front table.
7:30 to 8:00 Hula show.
7:30 to 8:45 Dinner
8:00 Award ceremony begins
8:45 Raffle
9:15 to 11:00pm Live Music and entertainment
Pau
Sunday July 20
  Lei Lei’s Grill Turtle Bay 4:00 to 7 pm.
After race thanks with light dinner and drinks for all volunteers and help.
